WRH Trastevere

WRH Trastevere is a splendid Italian-type bed and breakfast that is housed in a typical building of the area which dates back to the 1800s and was originally a shelter to cater for the poor people in the area. The establishment lies on the first floor, and although there is no lift/elevator available, a member of staff will happily help you with your luggage when you check in and check out. The reception is open from 8 AM to 5.30 PM. In case of arrival before 8 AM or after 5.30 PM it is compulsory to advise the management *Franco* at +39 06 581 02 82 or at mobile tel number +39 3397659811 or by email at info@wrh-trastevere.com. On entering WRH Trastevere, you will be warmly welcomed in the reception area, where you will also find the lounge and the breakfast room with its bar. Each of the guest rooms can be reached from the common area, and are strategically located so that you can get a good night's rest a?? 2 of the rooms overlook the square, 2 others overlook a quiet side street and the last room overlook the building's characteristic courtyard. All guest rooms, tastefully and classically decorated in a modern style, are equipped with today's mod cons, such as those which have become standard, air conditioning, mini bar, telephone and safety deposit box a?? as well as those which are not so common, such as LCD television and an ADSL-equipped computer. Each of the private bathrooms is fully furnished in contemporary style, and have a ''rain fall'' shower.

WRH Trastevere is located in Trastevere area, which is directly in the historical centre of Rome, and is often thought of as being one of the most typical and truly authentic Roman areas of the city. The district conveniently lies on the west bank of the River Tiber, and on crossing the river, you can comfortably reach most of the city's sights on foot, such as the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia and Campo dei Fiori. The location of WRH Trastevere is also ideal for reaching the Vatican, St. Peter's Cathedral, the Vatican Museum and Castel St. Angelo, all of which also lie on the left bank and are easily within walking distance. Trastevere is separated by a tree-lined avenue called Viale Trastevere, and our property is located on the quiet and tranquil side, but at the same time only a few hundred metres away from Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere, around which you will find some of the the best Roman restaurants, cafA©s, pubs and pizzerias.
